Terms and Conditions The Hard Rock Cafe gift card can be redeemed at all corporate owned Hard Rock Cafe restaurants and merchandise stores for food, beverage and merchandise. Participating US & Canada locations include: Anchorage, Atlanta, Atlantic City, Baltimore, Biloxi, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Foxwoods, Hollywood Blvd., CA; Hollywood at Universal Citywalk, CA; Hollywood, FL; Honolulu, Houston, Indianapolis, Key West, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, Las Vegas Strip, Louisville, Mall of America, Maui, Memphis, Miami, Myrtle Beach, Nashville, New Orleans, New York, Niagara Falls USA, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pigeon Forge, Pittsburgh, San Antonio, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, Toronto, Washington D.C. , and Yankee Stadium. Participating European locations include: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Cologne, Copenhagen, Edinburgh, Florence, Glasgow, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Manchester, Munich, Nice, Paris, Prague, Rome, Venice, and Vienna. Hard Rock reserves the right to add or delete participating locations at any time and without notice. Hard Rock gift cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost and/or stolen. There is no cash given back as change when using the Hard Rock Gift Card for purchases unless required by law. The Hard Rock gift card cannot be reissued in another denomination. The Hard Rock gift card is not redeemable for cash or eligible for refunds. The Hard Rock gift card is sold in USD currency only. Items purchased with a Hard Rock gift card, if defective or otherwise not satisfactory, can be exchanged for comparable merchandise only. All other standard exchange policies apply. Hard Rock gift cards may not be combined with any other offer or be used for the payment towards groups or special events. Hard Rock reserves the right not to honor any Hard Rock gift card held by an individual if Hard Rock suspects that the Hard Rock gift card was not validly issued or transferred to that individual or if Hard Rock otherwise suspects fraud or abuse. Hard Rock gift cards cannot be used to purchase Hard Rock gift cards.
