1. Present and surrender this gift card at the time of rental at participating Avis locations worldwide in the amount stated on the reverse side ("Value"), and indicate that payment of the Value had been received by Avis. Neither Avis Rent A Car, LLC., its affiliates or its licensees (collectively 'Avis') make any other representations or warranties, express or implied statutory or otherwise. Any rental charges exceeding the Value is the responsibility of the renter. An acceptable means of payment for such excess must be presented at the time of rental.

2. Renter must agree to and sign Avis' standard rental agreement in order to use this gift certificate. The cost of the rental will be based on the standard Avis rates in effect at the time of reservation, at the location where you present this certificate. Avis reserves the right to refuse to rent to persons: (a) under the applicable minimum age; (b) not having a valid driver's license or an acceptable driving record as determined by Avis; (c) unable to satisfy Avis credit requirements; or (d) who in Avis' opinion constitutes an unacceptable risk. Renters must meet Avis' driver credit and age requirements. Minimum age may vary by location. Surcharges may apply to renters under 25 years-old. 3. Gift certificate issuance and possession does not guarantee a rental and is not a confirmation of a reservation. Avis will not be liable for any loss, damage or delay resulting from failure to honor any reservation or gift certificate. 4. THIS GIFT CERTIFICATE IS NON-REFUNDABLE, CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH AND ONLY ORIGINAL WILL BE ACCEPTED. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced and Avis is not responsible if it is honored thereafter. 5. THIS GIFT CERTIFICATE WILL BE HONORED ONLY UP TO THE VALUE SHOWN.
